Knowledge, Skills And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in banking or fintech.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and video content.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on banking platforms such as Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking systems
Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate or integration with platforms like Sherlock for workflow enhancements
Understanding of compliance and security considerations in financial services.
