About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Junior UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles and be able to translate business requirements into seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Create user-friendly, engaging, and modern designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Deliver design assets and documentation to support development teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (minimum 12 years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative UI designs and effective UX solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design.
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of Figma / Adobe XD / Illustrator / Photoshop
- Ability to design posters, banners, and illustrations (BIG plus)
- Freshers welcome IF your portfolio and creativity are exceptional
Preferred
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (not mandatory, but a plus).
