Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Mohali. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for selling customized International flights tickets, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining industry knowledge, and assisting clients in planning their travels. Additional tasks include building long-term client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and strong customer relationship management skills
- Expertise in travel sales, itinerary planning
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Amadeus software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Chandigarh
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
