Job Description:

We are hiring Multilingual Interpreters to provide accurate and professional interpretation between English and regional languages (Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Nepali, or Urdu) for domestic and international clients. This is a fully remote role open to candidates residing in India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide real-time interpretation between English and the selected regional language during voice and video calls.

* Assist in resolving customer queries through clear and effective communication.

* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

* Be available for 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends (5 working days, 2 rotational offs).

Eligibility Criteria:

* Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Punjabi / Gujarati / Bengali / Nepali / Urdu).

* Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

* Ability to handle conversations quickly and accurately in real-time.

* Comfortable working in a remote setup with stable internet.

* Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Education & Qualification:

* Minimum 12th pass (HSC) from a recognized board.

* Graduation in any discipline is preferred.

* Certification in translation/interpretation or relevant language proficiency is an added advantage (not mandatory).

* Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or interpretation is a plus.

Salary:

35,000 – 45,000 CTC per month (depending on skills and experience)
