Role Description

Airnet Travels is seeking a driven and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our travel products including flights, holiday packages, and corporate travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
  • Prepare and present customized itineraries and fare quotes
  • Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and repeat business
  • Coordinate with operations team to confirm bookings
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in travel sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Fluency in Hindi and English; Punjabi preferred
  • Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude
