Role Description
Airnet Travels is seeking a driven and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our travel products including flights, holiday packages, and corporate travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
- Prepare and present customized itineraries and fare quotes
- Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and repeat business
- Coordinate with operations team to confirm bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in travel sales or a related field
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in Hindi and English; Punjabi preferred
- Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude
