Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Salesperson at SUPER THREADING INDIA PVT. LTD. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting the company's products, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additional responsibilities include creating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and preparing performance reports. The person in this role will also collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, deal closing, and meeting sales targets
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey product value and benefits
  • Basic understanding of threading machines, tools, or related industries; technical knowledge is a plus
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions for diverse customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in industrial tools or manufacturing sectors, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
