Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Ludhiana. Responsibilities include leading and managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area. The role involves managing a team of sales personnel, motivating them to deliver results, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying market opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance, providing market insights, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through consistent communication and service.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and business development expertise, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building client relationships
  • Knowledge of the Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and strategy development
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in report creation and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
