About the Role
We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Travel Consultant to be the face of TravelBoots. This person will handle end-to-end client communication from the first interaction to post-travel feedback. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the travel industry and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via calls, emails, or online leads.
- Understand client preferences, budget, and travel requirements to curate the best itinerary or travel package.
- Present and explain package details clearly, handle pricing discussions, and close sales independently.
- Coordinate with internal operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth booking and execution.
- Maintain follow-up with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collect post-travel feedback and testimonials and address any concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance in CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 24 years of proven experience in travel sales, customer servicing, or itinerary planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-first approach.
- Good understanding of popular travel destinations, hotel categories, and package inclusions.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up systems.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, and online travel platforms.
- Should be comfortable working from the office and available for client interactions during business hours.
