About Skaya:

Skaya is an experiential travel platform that partners with creators and community hosts to design and lead curated, thematic group trips. We manage end-to-end logistics to deliver seamless, community-driven travel experiences.

Role Overview:

We are looking for driven Business Development professionals with a strong travel industry background to own trip categories and drive revenue growth while working closely with creators and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Own and manage assigned trip categories
  • Drive bookings and achieve revenue targets
  • Upsell and optimize trip conversions
  • Understand traveler needs and clearly communicate trip value
  • Handle objections and ensure a smooth booking experience
  • Collaborate with creators, marketing, operations & customer support teams

Requirements:

  • Experience: 12 years (Executive) | 45 years (Manager)
  • Mandatory: Experience in travel sales / travel business development / tour operations
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups & lead nurturing
  • Ability to work towards booking and revenue targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
  • Interest in experiential travel and community-led trips
