Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our travel sales operations with a strong focus on generating B2C leads and driving direct client sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with deep expertise in Bali and Vietnam travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase B2C bookings and revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business by identifying and converting potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with direct customers and repeat travelers.
- Create and promote attractive travel packages for Bali, Vietnam, and other destinations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales or related roles.
- Proven success in B2C sales and client acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali and Vietnam destinations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
