About Us

We're a new-age, high-touch luxury travel company built on the belief that travel isn't just about ticking destinations — it's about curating deeply personal, unforgettable journeys. If you're someone who's passionate about travel, obsessed with customer delight, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, we'd love to meet you!

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-traveled Travel Consultant who has 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2C international travel planning. You should be confident in handling end-to-end customized itineraries, working closely with customers, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and global partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with individual clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, budgets, and expectations
  • Create fully customized international itineraries (honeymoons, leisure, family, adventure, wellness, etc.)
  • Handle full-spectrum planning: hotels, transfers, activities, flights, insurance, and visa requirements
  • Work with DMCs, hotel partners, and on-ground teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Recommend unique experiences and lesser-known spots for elevated travel moments
  • Stay up-to-date with country entry rules, travel advisories, and local attractions
  • Provide pre-travel consultations and on-trip support when required
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft proposals and presentations
  • Maintain customer data and communications through CRM tools

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2C travel sales or consulting, with a focus on international destinations
  • Strong destination knowledge across regions like Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, or Africa
  • Experience in customized travel planning – not just fixed packages
  • Confident in handling premium or high-expectation travelers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, operations)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines
  • Familiarity with GDS (e.g., Amadeus), DMC platforms, and CRM tools is a bonus

Why Work With Us

  • Work with a passionate, travel-loving team on a mission to change how the world experiences vacations
  • Build dreamy experiences for real people — and possibly travel to inspect them yourself
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work culture that values ideas, ownership, and collaboration
  • Be part of an early-stage brand where you can shape the product and customer journey from the ground up
  • Growth opportunities across verticals as we scale
