Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Travel Consultant located in Indore. The role involves assisting clients in planning and booking their international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Main responsibilities include providing travel consulting services, managing reservations, creating detailed itineraries, and addressing customer queries to ensure an excellent travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design customized holiday packages for Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Maldives.

•⁠ ⁠Create detailed itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transfer providers, and activity vendors.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations and package proposals.

•⁠ ⁠Handle end-to-end bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and travel insurance.

•⁠ ⁠Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Assist the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with destination knowledge, visa requirements, seasonal trends, and supplier offers.

•⁠ ⁠Resolve customer queries and provide support before, during, and after travel.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience in international holiday planning and bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience with Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Maldives packages.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of DMC operations, hotel contracting, and travel supplier networks.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in preparing professional itineraries and quotations.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and customer service skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with travel CRM systems and booking platforms is preferred.
