About The Opportunity

We are a B2B SaaS provider in the cloud communications and customer experience technology sector serving enterprise clients across India and international markets. This on-site role is focused on building and growing travel-related sales and corporate accountsselling travel solutions, bookings, and managed travel services to corporate and leisure customers.

Primary job title: Travel Sales Consultant

Location: India (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for travel products and servicesqualify leads, manage consultative sales cycles, and close bookings and corporate travel contracts.
  • Manage reservations and ticketing using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo); create and update PNRs and handle fare construction accurately.
  • Serve as primary account contact for corporate clients: deliver proposals, negotiate rates, secure SLAs, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Provide proactive client servicing: itinerary changes, visa & documentation advisory, disruption handling, and upsell ancillary services (hotels, transfers, insurance).
  • Use CRM to track pipeline, update client interactions, and forecast monthly/quarterly sales performancedrive to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and supplier teams to resolve ticketing issues, optimize routing and pricing, and implement cost-saving recommendations for clients.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in travel sales, corporate account management, or travel agency ticketing.
  • Strong numerical aptitude for fare construction, pricing, and rate negotiation.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with experience handling corporate & high-value leisure customers.
  • IATA certification or relevant travel industry certifications are a plus.
  • Comfortable working on-site in India; flexible to manage time-sensitive client needs and occasional extended hours.
