Job Description
As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for converting leads, understanding customer travel needs, and providing them with the best travel solutions and packages. Whether you are just starting your career or have previous experience in travel sales, we offer a collaborative environment where you can grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to travel inquiries via calls, emails.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages (hotels, tours, etc.).
- Provide itineraries, follow up with clients, and close sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist clients during their trips if any issues arise and ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and destination knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of destinations, travel products, and services (Training will be provided).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads at once.
- Good computer skills (Email, Excel, Booking portals, CRM, etc.).
- Fresher or 02 years of experience in travel sales/customer support roles.
- Graduate degree preferred (Travel & Tourism background is a plus).
