This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant, based in Tambaram, India, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking their travel, providing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, organizing reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure smooth experiences for clients. Additional duties may involve advising on travel itineraries and resolving any travel-related concerns.

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and the ability to provide personalized travel advice
• Experience in Travel Management and making efficient Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in handling Reservations and other booking systems
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with global travel destinations and current travel requirements
• Proficiency in relevant travel planning tools and software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is beneficial
