Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing domestic and international travel arrangements, creating personalized travel plans, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating reservations for hotels, flights, and ground transportation. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of all travel-related activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Reservations and coordination of detailed travel logistics
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address travel-related queries
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
• Working knowledge of travel reservation systems and tools
