Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant - Operations at our Thane location. The Travel Consultant will work closely with clients to provide customized travel solutions while ensuring seamless travel experiences. Daily responsibilities include creating personalized travel itineraries, making travel arrangements, booking reservations, and ensuring optimal customer service. The role also requires maintaining knowledge of domestic and international travel trends and destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm hotels, transport, sightseeing and services
• Prepare vouchers, itineraries and travel documents
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Update CRM and operations trackers
• Support ticketing and visa documentation
• End-to-end handling of FIT/GIT tours
• Vendor negotiations and cost control
• Handle operational issues and escalations
• Train junior team members
• Ensure SOP compliance
• Sharing Itinerary within TAT
