Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Travel Consultant specializing in International and Domestic Packages, located in India. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing customized travel itineraries, managing travel arrangements, and handling client inquiries. Responsibilities also include coordinating reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and travel partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations
• Proven experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
