Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Coordination & Client Management
- Coordinate with internal JLL teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of real estate solutions
- Act as a key liaison between multiple service lines within JLL's integrated platform
- Manage stakeholder relationships across client business units and landlord ecosystems
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and JLL service delivery teams
Portfolio Strategy & Real Estate Planning
- Analyze client space requirements and real estate market trends to support workplace strategy development
- Develop region-wise portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives and occupancy scenarios
- Create integrated portfolio plans across business units to identify synergies and optimization opportunities
- Continuously review and optimize real estate portfolio performance
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Evaluate portfolio data to identify cost savings, value creation, and risk exposure
- Leverage JLL analytics platforms to provide insights on market trends and competitor intelligence
- Benchmark real estate data to assess portfolio efficiency and market positioning
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and analysis
Business Case Development & Strategy Execution
- Prepare detailed business cases for portfolio strategies and transformation initiatives
- Drive approvals from business units and executive leadership
- Own end-to-end development and execution of approved real estate strategies
- Support transaction management and client-side deal execution
Market Research & Advisory
- Monitor real estate market trends including supply-demand dynamics
- Provide regular updates on market conditions impacting client portfolios
- Deliver thought leadership on location strategy and occupancy planning
- Advise on risks, opportunities, and industry benchmarking insights
Portfolio & Asset Management
- Manage client real estate portfolio performance on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate with landlords and external stakeholders for estate management activities
- Ensure efficient utilization of assets and alignment with business goals
- Support continuous portfolio optimization initiatives
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver periodic reports on portfolio performance and market intelligence
- Utilize internal systems to generate competitor and industry insights
- Present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
