Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, use cases, and workflow analysis sessions.
- Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for each initiative.
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams.
Solution Design & Documentation
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Create process flows, diagrams, and system documentation.
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, feasible, and aligned with standards.
- Develop and maintain requirement documentation templates and artifacts.
Delivery & Implementation Support
- Participate in testing (QA/UAT) to validate solution functionality.
- Support implementation, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
- Track requirements across the project lifecycle and manage change requests.
- Ensure acceptance criteria and definition of done are met.
Agile & Program Management Support
- Support Program Increment (PI) planning and define PI objectives.
- Manage epics, features, and backlog prioritization.
- Track risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, escalating when required.
- Support release planning with focus on quality and business value.
Data & Analytics
- Analyze business performance using data and metrics.
- Support KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
- Use analytics and visualization tools to generate insights for decision-making.
- Define baseline and target metrics aligned to business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and engineering teams.
- Communicate requirement changes and project updates effectively.
- Support business readiness, training, and transition activities.
- Provide consultative support in process improvement and operational excellence.
