Transaction Analyst

About Client:

Our client is a dynamic investment manager focusing on residential and commercial real estate in major metropolitan regions in Germany. Their team is small, professional, and works closely together with flat hierarchies. We stand for short decision-making paths, a high level of personal responsibility, and an open, pragmatic culture.

To strengthen their team, we are looking for support for their Transaction Managers (m/f/d) who will support the acquisition and disposal process of their real estate investments and who would like to further develop their expertise in a diverse range of responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of financial models, cash flow analyses, and business plans

Carrying out location, market, and property analyses

Preparation of decision papers and presentations for management and investors

Those above tasks are focused to support the transaction manager as below:

Participation in real estate transactions (acquisitions and disposals) from initial screening through to closing

Support in the organization and coordination of due diligence processes (legal, tax, technical, ESG)

Support in negotiations with sellers, brokers, and external advisors

Close collaboration with asset and fund management throughout the entire investment process

Your profile

Very good Excel skills, strong affinity for numbers and interest in financial models

Analytical and structured way of thinking

Interest in real estate-related, legal and technical topics

Independent, diligent working style and enjoyment of taking on responsibility

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Motivation to work in an entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies

Beneficial: Successfully completed degree, e.g. in real estate management, business administration, finance, economics or a comparable field of study

Beneficial: Initial practical experience in the areas of transactions, corporate finance,

investment management, real estate consulting or a real estate-related environment
