Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Transaction & Processing to join our Inspections team. The Inspections This role will be responsible for reviewing property inspections with accuracy, identifying red flags, and taking appropriate corrective actions, including following up with borrowers to ensure timely repair of damaged properties .The Analyst will also reconcile invoices, ensure compliance with regional regulations, assist the SAS team in scheduling inspections, upload inspections and maintain seamless data within servicing systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of CMS, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
- Review property inspection reports with accuracy, identify red flags, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Follow up with borrowers to ensure timely repair of damaged properties and maintain compliance standards.
- Reconcile invoices related to inspections and servicing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regional regulations.
- Assist the SAS team in scheduling inspections and coordinating inspection workflows.
- Upload inspection reports into servicing systems and maintain seamless, accurate data records.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all servicing activities.
- Uphold Trimont's professional standards and contribute to a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- (BCom) bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional financial environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to contribute to team goals.
- 2-6 months internship or academic project experience in finance or operations (optional but beneficial).
Standard Shift Time
- 7:30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) & 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD) Flexibility in shifts may be needed.
