AYNE is exclusively mandated to provide strategic investment advice and transaction support across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and real estate.

We are seeking an experienced and accountable Investment Analyst to join our team and support our Principals with direct investments and portfolio management.

Role Overview

As an Investment Analyst, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis on transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and investment opportunities. You will play a key role in evaluating deals, preparing investment memos, and collaborating across advisory teams to execute on transactions on behalf of our Principals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies (incl. Project Finance)

Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios

Ability to analyze the impacts of different cap structures and potential financing, DCM or M&A

Screen and assess investment opportunities across asset classes.

Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and scenario analysis.

Support preparation of investment memos and thesis recommendations for Principals.

Support origination and execution of equity or debt capital markets activities

Synthesize markets, industries, & companies based on public info & research reports

Reporting to cross-geographical colleagues in Singapore, London, Carribean and Africa

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

1-3 years of relevant experience in PE/ VC, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance

Ability to work independently and perform under pressure

Strong work ethic and excellent learning with positive work attitude

Detail-oriented, with good financial analysis skills

Analytical aptitude and creative problem-solving abilities as well as excellent stakeholder mgmt.

Industrial experience in oil and gas, mining and infrastructure
