Job Summary:
As a Learning Experience Manager at TaskUs, you are the Training Master — a leader in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that elevate the skills and performance of our frontline employees and team leaders. In partnership with Operations, you will drive both site-wide and campaign-specific training initiatives, ensuring that every learning experience is aligned with business goals and equips employees for success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of campaign-specific and site-wide training programs for Team Leaders (TLs) and Teammates (TMs).
- Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure training initiatives support performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Act as a pioneer in developing innovative, technical, and engaging training content tailored to each campaign's needs.
- Create and maintain detailed curriculum, training materials, and evaluation tools across multiple training levels—from onboarding to leadership development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and resource for all training-related inquiries and support.
- Ensure all training materials align with both TaskUs global standards and client-specific requirements.
- Develop and execute TL and TM development programs, with a focus on continuous improvement and upskilling.
- Assess training needs through close collaboration with department heads and campaign managers.
- Publish and maintain a year-long training calendar with clearly defined quarterly goals and initiatives.
- Plan and oversee training policies, quality standards, testing tools, and learning methodologies.
- Evaluate and refine training effectiveness through performance data, feedback, and post-training assessments.
- Act as a key liaison with global counterparts and internal stakeholders including the Operations Director and Managers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, team development, and employee onboarding programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and adaptability to evolving training needs.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
