Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering alignment with company values.
  • Guide and coach managers on performance appraisal processes.
  • Support the implementation of performance improvement plans and career development pathways.
  • Lead the employee participation in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification process.
  • Implement strategies to address feedback from GPTW surveys and improve workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to build initiatives that align with GPTW standards and foster employee pride.
  • Develop region-specific / Business specific HR solutions to address unique challenges.
  • Support organizational changes, including restructuring and mergers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Train managers and employees on change resilience and adaptability.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Present regular reports on workforce trends and HR outcomes, and hands-on on data analytics usage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
  • Resolve conflicts through mediation, ensuring fairness and adherence to policies.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to upskill employees.
  • Promote learning initiatives and career growth opportunities within the region.
  • Champion DEI initiatives, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Ensure regional compliance with global DEI standards.

Desired Candidature:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications like SHRM-CP, SPHR, or CIPD are an advantage.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 -7+ years in a business partnering role.
  • Proven experience working in a BFSI / NBFC environment, with exposure to diverse cultures and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • High adaptability to dynamic business environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
