Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Training & Worksite Manager to lead the training and field activation initiatives for the Direct Distribution Channel at RenewBuy. This role is responsible for developing and executing training strategies, implementing impactful learning programs, and organizing lead generation activities in corporate and public environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong training expertise with the ability to build and manage relationships that create new business opportunities for the sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee capabilities and sales effectiveness.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct need analysis to identify training gaps and create targeted development plans for various teams.
  • Organize and execute worksite lead generation activities across corporates, residential welfare societies (RWS), parks, and other public areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to facilitate sales and branding opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment between training goals and business performance.
  • Track, monitor, and report training outcomes and lead generation effectiveness to management.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement across the organization.
  • Manage training teams and ensure delivery excellence across regions.
  • Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and sales training trends to improve program impact.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in Learning & Development (L&D) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in training and talent development, with exposure to direct sales or insurance sectors preferred.
  • Corporate Relations: Proven ability to network with corporates and institutions for on-site engagement and lead generation.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and coach teams to deliver organizational goals.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align learning initiatives with business outcomes and drive measurable results.
  • Result-Oriented: Strong execution skills with a focus on productivity, engagement, and performance improvement.
