Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to oversee our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training meets operational needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement feedback.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
