About the Role

The Training Manager Cross Sell COE is responsible for preparing and guiding sales trainers to deliver effective training sessions. This role involves monitoring training quality, developing coaching plans for underperforming agents, and structuring training programs to meet financial objectives. The manager will also conduct training exercises, maintain knowledge articles, and develop tools based on training needs identified by the Quality Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare Sales Trainers for effective delivery by conducting orientation on sales processes and products.
  • Monitor training sessions and provide feedback and value additions.
  • Develop individual coaching plans and refreshers for bottom quartile agents.
  • Structure training plans to meet financial objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and current sales employees.
  • Update and maintain knowledge articles and track their usage.
  • Develop effective tools and rebuttals based on Training Needs Identification (TNI) from Quality Teams.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • All responsibilities are considered key and primary.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • MBA or PGDM in relevant field of study is preferred.

Experience

  • Relevant 4 years of experience in training management, preferably in a retail banking or sales environment.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor sales staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage training calendars and batch certifications.
  • Focus on improving the first month's performance of new agents.
