Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate and experienced Trainers to design and deliver engaging learning programs that support capacity building, community empowerment, and effective implementation of organizational initiatives.
The Trainer will play a key role in conducting workshops, facilitating learning sessions, and strengthening the capabilities of community members, volunteers, educators, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong facilitation skills, field engagement, and the ability to work closely with program teams to ensure successful execution of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct training sessions, workshops, orientations, and capacity-building programs for various stakeholder groups.
· Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences using participatory and activity-based training methodologies.
· Assist in developing and updating training content, facilitator guides, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.
· Adapt training approaches and delivery styles based on participant needs and learning levels.
· Facilitate both classroom and field-based training programs, including virtual and hybrid learning sessions wherever required.
· Support the implementation of training calendars and learning initiatives across projects and locations.
· Work closely with Program Management, Research, and Program Design teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational objectives.
· Assess participant learning through activities, assessments, feedback, and evaluation tools.
· Document training outcomes, participant feedback, attendance, and impact reports.
· Provide post-training support, mentoring, and guidance to participants and field teams.
· Stay updated with new facilitation techniques, training methodologies, and digital learning tools.
Education & Expertise
· Master's degree in social work, Development Studies, Education, Psychology, or related field.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, and capacity building, preferably in the NGO, education, or social development sector.
· Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies.
· Experience in conducting workshops, field training, and stakeholder engagement programs.
· Basic understanding of curriculum development and training content preparation will be preferred.
· Proficiency in using presentation tools, online training platforms, and multimedia learning tools.
· Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to engage effectively with diverse communities and stakeholder groups.
· Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:
Compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and current CTC.
