Role
- Management of Product Delivery's readiness process for new products.
- Being the Product Delivery subject matter expert for products and initiatives being managed.
- Creating and presenting delivery training material on products and initiatives being managed.
- Ensuring that delivery teams are kept up to date on delivery aspects of new products and changes to existing products.
- Reporting to management on project metrics
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Creating and maintaining product specific product delivery deployment materials
