Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

• Coach teams on Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies to improve delivery efficiency

• Support cross-functional collaboration across software, hardware, and engineering teams

• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint delivery and team productivity

• Track sprint goals, project milestones, and program increment progress

• Assist in risk assessment, effort estimation, and project planning activities

• Coordinate dependencies between multiple Agile teams and stakeholders

• Promote continuous improvement practices across teams and processes

• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support Agile maturity within the organization

• Ensure transparency in reporting, tracking, and Agile execution metrics
