Job Description: Trainer (BPO Background)

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Trainer with a strong background in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in training new hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. This role requires excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions in a structured manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
• Develop and implement training materials and content tailored to operational requirements.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify training needs and address skill gaps.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learner needs and styles.

Required Skillset:

• Prior experience in a BPO environment is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Trainer.
• Strong ability to deliver effective training sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts and adhere to the work-from-office requirement.
• Proficient in training new hires and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance effectively.
