Overview: We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to support the training and welfare of our nursing candidates. The intern will play a key role in providing cultural counselling, emotional support, and interview preparation to help candidates adapt to professional expectations and perform confidently during interviews.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide basic psychological and emotional counselling to nursing candidates as required
• Conduct cultural orientation and counselling sessions to help candidates adapt to workplace culture and professional environments
• Support candidates with interview preparation, including confidence building, communication skills, and stress management
• Observe candidates behaviour and flag concerns to the seniors.
• Prepare basic reports and feedback on counselling sessions.

Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Remote)

Working days: Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)
