We are currently seeking a BPO HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative to join our team in Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and understanding process documents provided by the customer.
• Analyzing insurance claims and processing them as per standard operating procedures.
• Calculating Coordination of Benefits (COB) and determining the patient's responsibility.
• Performing insurance calculations accurately.
• Navigating multiple client applications to capture necessary information for claim processing.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0–1 year in any Healthcare BPO.
• Education: University degree or equivalent (minimum 3+ years of formal studies).
• Minimum 25 WPM typing speed preferred.
• Candidates with completed typewriting lower certification are preferred.
• 1+ year of experience using a Windows PC.
• Ability to navigate screens, use a keyboard, and learn new software tools.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 PM – 04:00 AM (flexibility required to meet business needs).

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively exchange information with clients.
