Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end campaign execution to drive conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant performance channels.
Manage D2C brand campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall funnel efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and copy to boost performance.
Collaborate with the design, content, and tech teams to build high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and best practices in D2C performance marketing.
Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand goals and budget allocation.
Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience in D2C performance marketing.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
Experience in scaling D2C brands is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven marketing environment.
