Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location- Sector 62, Gurugram
Reporting- Founder
Working Days- 5.5 Days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Role Objective:
To drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through high-performance paid marketing channels, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and strong working expertise in Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Ownership (Primary Channel)
Lead end-to-end execution of Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining target CAC and ROAS Build and manage full-funnel strategies (Prospecting, Retargeting, Retention)
Conduct continuous A/B testing (creatives, audiences, copies, landing pages)
Work closely with creative team for high-converting ad creatives
Google Ads Management (Secondary Channel)
Manage Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
Drive intent-based acquisition through keyword and bidding strategies
Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and CPA
Align Google strategy with Meta for full-funnel coverage
Performance & Analytics
Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking
Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate
Identify leakages and continuously optimize funnel efficiency
Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
Budget & Scaling
Manage and allocate high monthly ad spends efficiently
Identify scale opportunities without compromising profitability
Drive experimentation with new audiences, formats, and geographies
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve landing page performance
Improve conversion rates across website and checkout journey
Optimize pixel tracking, events, and attribution models
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Brand & Creative teams to align messaging with performance goals
Coordinate with Supply Chain / Ops to align campaigns with inventory
Support new product launches with performance-driven GTM strategies
Key Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong expertise in Meta Ads (must-have)
Solid working knowledge of Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube)
Experience in D2C / consumer brands (preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROI
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GTM
