Trainee

You will be part of our team while completing our graduate trainee program, creating knowledge +perspective ready to apply to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

Your program will either focus on a specific business or functional unit, or allow you to rotate through a varietyof both.

How you create impact

During your program we hope that you will develop the following knowledge + skills:

• To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape
• To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application
• To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration
• To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects
• To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
• To develop knowledge of our various systems + products

What we would like you to bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills able to coordinate with internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic data reporting knowledge of ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
