Job Summary
A Recruitment Trainee supports the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. This role is designed for individuals who are new to recruitment and want to learn end-to-end hiring processes while developing communication, organizational, and HR skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Conduct initial candidate screenings (calls or emails)
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, or campus hiring activities
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Learn and comply with company hiring policies and procedures
- Assisting in MIS/report preparation
Key Requirement
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
Qualification
- Education Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR
- Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
