Key responsibilities:

  • Validate and process different types of rebates, including administrative fees, Shelf Stock Adjustments, and Billbacks .
  • Compare the Flex Data with chargeback data
  • Maintaining a rebate tracker to monitor claims and prevent any finance charges
  • Provide detailed reports to customers within specified timeframe.
  • Share credit memo with Credit department to offset the deductions.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Skill

  • Graduate (preferably Commerce)
  • Experience in MS Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently (post training) and with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and be highly driven and self-motivated.
  • An individual who takes ownership of assigned work.
  • Interest in developing career in Gross to Net US based revenue management.

Learning plan with milestone based outcomes

  • Data validation by using MS Office like Excel, Word, basic of Gross to net. Within first 3 months.
  • Learning new software Like (JD Edwards), Flex and SAP-BI Within first 6 months.
  • Validate and process different types of rebates, including administrative fees, Shelf Stock Adjustments, and Billbacks within 6 months.
  • Maintaining a rebate tracker to monitor claims and prevent any finance charges.
  • Provide detailed reports to customers within specified timeframe within 6 months.
  • Share credit memo with Credit department to offset the deductions within 6 months.
  • Time Management. Ensure all entrusted tasks are within the present Turnaround time. Within first 1 year.
  • Attending and active participation in calls with internal and external customers. Within first 1 year.
  • Working delegated tasks independently without follow-up, training or supervision. Within first 1 year.
  • Showcase achievement/ improvement following Amneal Culture of Rise, Lead and Succeed. Within 2 years.
