Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-driven professional to manage and support end-to-end government bidding activities. The role focuses on technical evaluation of tenders, preparation of compliance documentation, and coordination with OEMs and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions .The candidate should have hands-on experience in networking solutions, tender documentation, and techno-commercial bid processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender & Compliance Management
- Analyze tender/RFP documents and identify technical requirements
- Prepare clause-by-clause technical compliance statements
- Identify deviations and draft queries for pre-bid meetings
- Develop datasheets, technical documents, and compliance matrices
- Validate eligibility criteria including certifications, specifications, and OEM authorizations Technical Pre-Sales Support
- Understand and position networking products such as Switches, Routers, Access Points, Controllers, and Transceivers
- Recommend suitable product models based on RFP requirements
- Coordinate with partners for technical clarifications, BoM, and compliance documents
- Ensure proposed solutions meet all technical and certification standards Coordination & Tracker Management
- Maintain tender tracker, compliance tracker, and query tracker
- Coordinate with sales, partners, finance, and management teams for submissions
- Monitor key milestones: pre-bid meetings, submission deadlines, and evaluations
- Maintain organized documentation repository for all tenders Certifications & Documentation
- Work with certifications such as TEC, BIS, WPC, CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO, IPv6 Ready, Common Criteria
- Ensure availability and validity of all required certifications before submission

- Understanding of VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Routing, PoE, Fiber, SFP types, Basic Wireless
- Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, compliance sheets, comparison sheets)
- Strong documentation and professional email communication skills

Experience & Education
- 2 – 5 Years ( Networking / Telecom OEM)
- Degree / Diploma in: B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics / IT / Computer / Telecom
- B.Sc / BCA with Networking Knowledge
