Territory Business Manager - Neurovascular (2 positions

Location:

New Delhi

Role Overview:

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for the neurovascular product portfolio within the assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders including neurologists, neurosurgeons, interventional radiologists, and hospital procurement teams, while ensuring achievement of sales targets and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for neurovascular products within the territory
  • Drive market development and increase product adoption in hospitals and institutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and interventional radiologists
  • Engage with hospital management, purchase teams, and distributors
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Clinical & Product Support

  • Provide product demonstrations and clinical support during procedures (as required)
  • Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and workshops for healthcare professionals
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, clinical data, and competitor offerings

Territory Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute territory business plans
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and maintain CRM data
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and service teams for seamless execution
  • Work closely with distributors for demand generation and stock availability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science / Pharmacy / Biomedical Engineering (preferred)
  • MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

  • 3-8 years of experience in medical devices / healthcare sales
  • Prior experience in neurovascular
