Name of the Position: Territory Sales Manager (Senior Scientific Sales Executive / Senior Medical Representative)

The duties to be performed are, same that of Medical Representative, experience must be 2-4 years & the Designation will be given as Territory Sales Manager – TSM.

Experience Required: 2 - 4 years (Must be working as Medical Representative or Territory Sales Manager)

Experience in Dermatology / Pharma Field Sales

We are excited to share an opportunity to join our team as a TSM - Territory Sales Manager (Senior Medical Representative). This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and results-driven professional looking to grow in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to Healthcare Professionals, including Doctors and Pharmacists. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers.
  • Conduct product presentations and distribute product samples.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Represent the company at promotional events and medical conferences.
  • Experience in Dermatology / Pharma field sales
  • Doctor engagement and prescription generation
  • Territory handling and business development
  • Distributor and stockist coordination
  • Field activity reporting and target achievement
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Kindly note if selected you will be required to come to Mumbai for around 3 weeks for training purpose.

You need to have your own two-wheeler with a valid driving license. If you do not have, you will have to buy it once you get selected & also get Driving License.

The Air Ticket, Hotel Stay Expenses, including Break Fast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea etc. & also, local traveling expenses will be paid by the Company. You need NOT spend a single penny from your pocket.

Only while coming to Mumbai initially, you will have to buy the air ticket, the cost of which will be reimbursed to you in full, once you join training.

Your salary will start from the first day of training itself.

It will be Rs.3.75 LPA to Rs.4.99 LPA, depending on Experience & interview performance plus Rs.450/- per day allowance plus Mediclaim plus incentive, if you meet the target.
