Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee and manage operations of multiple fitness and wellness centers within their designated territory. Responsibilities include implementing business strategies, monitoring center performance, managing and developing teams, expanding client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, the role involves achieving operational efficiency, meeting revenue objectives, and supporting the long-term growth of the organization.

• Sales, business development, and relationship management skills to drive revenue and foster client relationships
• Strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate operations and ensure strategic execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer engagement
• Analytical skills for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in the fitness and wellness industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using business management tools and software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
