Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Engagement
- Interact with potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Understand clients immigration goals and suggest suitable pathways and programs.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote citizenship and residency programs, study abroad options, and related services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured pipeline management.
Eligibility Assessment & Guidance
- Conduct consultations to evaluate eligibility criteria.
- Guide clients step-by-step through documentation and application processes.
Follow-Up & Client Coordination
- Maintain consistent communication to keep clients engaged and informed.
- Track application progress and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Market & Policy Awareness
- Stay updated on global immigration laws, reforms, and emerging market opportunities.
- Use market insights to enhance client consultations and service offerings.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and trust-building communication.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Submit regular sales performance reports and pipeline updates to the management.
- Work closely with the leadership team to improve service strategy and client outreach.
