Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teppanyaki Chef at ITC Gardenia, for our Speciality Japanese outlet. The Teppanyaki Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking teppanyaki dishes in front of guests, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste. Day-to-day tasks include ingredient preparation, maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
