This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Commi I specializing in Asian cuisine. The candidate will support food preparation, assist in cooking, maintain kitchen hygiene, and follow recipes to ensure high-quality dishes. Collaborating with the culinary team, the individual will ensure food safety standards are met and efficiently handle kitchen operations.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques, with a specific focus on Asian cuisine
• Strong Culinary Skills and an understanding of various cooking methods and presentations
• Knowledge of Hygiene practices and food safety standards
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen setting is preferred
• Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage
