Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time Barista role at Torq03 E-Zone. As a Barista, you will prepare and craft high-quality beverages while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Daily tasks include interacting with customers to take orders, ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, and assisting in promoting menu items. This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills, including beverage preparation and presentation
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills for positive guest interactions
• Effective Communication skills to respond to customer needs accurately and promptly
• Basic Food Preparation knowledge to assist with menu items, as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience
