We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and coordinate tender-related activities, documentation, and submissions for government and private sector projects. The role involves preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission as per the client's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders through online portals and notifications.
- Study and analyze tender documents, terms & conditions, and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and compile all required technical and commercial documents for tender submission.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, technical, logistics) to gather necessary inputs.
- Maintain records of all tenders—submitted, won, and lost—and update the tender tracker regularly.
- Handle registration and renewal on e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, state tenders, etc.).
- Support in preparing price bids and BOQs in coordination with the sales/management team.
- Ensure timely submission of bids (online/offline) and follow up on tender results.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
- Assist in vendor registration, empanelment, and related documentation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Good understanding of e-tendering processes and government procurement portals.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PDF handling).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
