Role Description The Proposal & Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal and tender lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordinating tender submissions for engineering and automation projects. Day-to-day activities include gathering technical and commercial inputs from internal teams, drafting and formatting proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining documentation and records for all bids. The role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and finance stakeholders to develop competitive, accurate, and timely proposals. The Proposal & Tender Executive will also track tender outcomes, support post-submission clarifications, and contribute to continuous improvement of proposal templates, processes, and content.
Qualifications
- Strong proposal lifecycle skills, including Proposal Management and Proposal Writing, with the ability to develop structured, compliant, and persuasive submissions.
- Experience working with RFP documents, including analysis of technical and commercial requirements and preparation of tender responses.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal stakeholders and present information clearly to external clients.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and handle multiple concurrent tenders and proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; exposure to industrial automation or engineering domains is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with documentation, data, and templates.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Prior experience in proposals, tenders, or sales support within technology, engineering, or automation sectors is preferred.
