JOB Title: Junior Tender Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents while ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare, format, and compile tender documents as per client and technical requirements
- Manage complete tender submission process (both soft and hard copies) within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all technical and commercial documentation requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical inputs, approvals, and documentation
- Handle physical document preparation including printing, binding, and packaging
- Follow up for necessary authorizations and supporting documents
- Maintain MIS reports, tender records, and track submission status
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in tendering/proposal management or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PDF tools)
- Basic understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications
- Knowledge of tendering processes and documentation
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
